Return and Exchange Policy 

The Wheaten Store has a 30 days return policy. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been worn, washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the return form to proceed. 

Sale items and  price-down coupon items  are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Contact us for help with sizing. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Please note that all swimsuits, shorts, socks and underwear are final sale.

Restocking Fee

Please treat our products with respect. If you are not satisfied, it doesn’t mean someone will not love them in return. We normally re-direct your unwanted items to charity. A 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

Refund Confirmation 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in Canada 

The Wheaten Store is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please start the process by contacting us with all details. Once we receive the request we will review and confirm approval. If the request is approved we will provide you with a Canada Post return label. A $10-$20 return shipping fee will deducted from the payment of your order, fee amount depends on where you are located. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, shipping time back to us can vary. The provided pre-paid shipping label can be printed at home. You can then adhere the label to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot to return the original item to us. Once we receive your original item(s), we’ll process the full refund right away. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

When shipping an item for a return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Defective or Damaged Goods
